Joel Pedersen
Joel has been with the AT3 Construction family since we started. Joel started his construction journey in South Dakota doing everything from Residential and Commercial Roofing Siding Windows and Framing. Joel can do it all!
Nathan France
Nathan J France is the First Generation Partner and member of the Board of Directors for AT3. Nathan has been the tip of the spear and on the leading edge of construction company owners in the United States since 1994.
Matthew France
Matthew France has been in the construction industry since he was old enough to carry a hammer back in the late 1990s. Matthew served his country as a NCO in the US Army Infantry. His work ethic leadership and knowledge of the industry are an incredible asset to the AT3 Team.
Mason Olson
Mason worked with his family in the commercial building framing and welding industry in the early 2010s. Mason then trained under the country’s largest plumbing and water mitigation companies. His expertise in building science restoration and reconstruction are a huge asset to any team.
Tyler France
Tyler France is the second generation operating partner of AT3. Since the early 2000’s he has been doing it all. From swinging a hammer to supervising major commercial and residential restoration projects. His knowledge and experience is invaluable in helping our clients get the results they’re looking for.
Valery France
Valery France acts as Administrative Manager. She is the friendly voice you will likely hear when calling the AT3 Construction office! Being an immigrant from Russia, Valery is fluent in both English and Russian languages. When she is not in the office you will find her with a camera exploring the world.
